| When your staff call in for an absence
this can be managed from the "Absence" form. To raise a new absence, push the 'Request Holiday' button to bring up a table . From the next screen simply click 'New' next to an existing record to begin creating your absence. When available, use the drop down menu to specify the type of absence you wish to raise and the dates required. You may also leave a comment. Once the absence is ready to be submitted, click the 'Update' button and the absence will be added to the table awaiting approval. To amend or remove a request, use the 'Edit' and 'Delete' options against them. If this is your first time making an absence/holiday request there will just be a 'new' button which you click to create a new request. |
