| Some industries require employees to be correctly
licensed or qualified for their role. In the case of security companies for
example, the law requires security officers to have a valid and relevant SIA
License. The Licensing Manager records who has a valid license and the status of any license application can be seen at a glance. You can record every detail of the license application process regardless of industry. It is also possible to record whether you, as the employer, have purchased the license and recharged the employee or not. Users can attach documents and notes directly to each record with the built in Notes and Library modules. The Licensing Manager can only be accessed if you have been granted the appropriate access priveleges. Creating a new Licence Record/Application: 1. To add a new license record for processing, either use the 'New Record' button or 'New Record' option by right-clicking onto an existing record. Please refer to standard tools to familiarise yourself with the form. 2. In the form, complete the required details including the personnel reference, the type of license applied for and it's current status. 3. After completion, click 'Save' and then 'Close' to exit the form. Updating a Licensing Record: 1. To update an existing record load up the required schedule. 2. Then either double click on the record or right-click and choose 'Edit Record'. 3. Make your changes and click 'Save'. |
