| Live Schedule |
| The Live Schedule is one of many components
that made eZworkforce so successful. All active tasks are visible and can be
managed easily within this form. The Web Portal version is just as efficient but are visually different and requires the appropriate access rights to access. Please refer to standard tools to familiarise yourself with the form. Operating the Live Schedule As illustrated, the Live Schedule is split into two sections. Under the 'Live Schedule Manager' header there are filters to select the type of schedule; company(s), dates and anomalies etc. There is also a search function to find specific tasks within the schedule list. Click the button to the right of the search box to display the results. Rather than scrolling through a long list of tasks you can navigate through the Live Schedule using the page links located at the top and bottom of the schedule table. Clicking on a page number will display subsequent scheduled tasks. Step 1. Under the 'Schedules to include' filter, select the schedules you wish to view. Step 2. Select the corresponding companies from the 'Companie(s) to Include' filter. Step 3. Finally, select which week of the shedule you wish to view and click the 'Go' button for the results. For each filter you change or apply to the schedule of tasks, you must press the 'Go' button for the results to show. Viewing Anomalies: Ticking the 'Anomalies' option will display tasks that require immediate attention for reasons such as staff being scheduled for more than one task, staff being absent or staff working more than their contracted hours. Tasks listed on this table will clearly display the reason for the anomaly to help resolve them efficiently. To access the anomalies list perform the steps as you would to view scheduled tasks but also tick the anomalies check box and then press 'Go'. The result will be a list of anomalies only. Context Menu: Right-clicking on a scheduled task will display the context menu with options to manage the tasks. Edit Tasks: This option allows you to amend the task. Site Trained/Banned: List personnel who are trained or banned from the task site. Create a New Task: Enables you to create new tasks. Manage Charge Rates: Amend charges rates. Manage Pay Rates: Amend pay rates. Enter Absence: Allows for the management of absences. Notes: 'eZworkforce' treats Monday as the start of the week and please be aware that whenever you load the Live Schedule the filters may already be populated with search criterias. Loading too much data may slightly affect the performance of the system and may slow your network connection. it is advisable that you click the 'clr' button before using the filters if they are populated. Some sections of the Live Schedule can be hidden using the web accounts module from eZworkforce should you wish your users not to have access to them. |
