Messaging
 
The message module provides a quick and easy method of communication between the  management and their staffs or clients. This form can be accessed under 'My Menu'.



Creating a new Message

1.To create a new message, click on the "New Message" button for the following  to display.




2. From the 'To' drop-down list select your recipient(s).

3. Add a 'Subject if required and then type your message in the main section.

4. Under 'Action Details' you can set the priority from drop down box. If the message
    requires action tick the 'Required Action' box.
 
5. You can also set a required date using the appropriate drop down.

6. Once completed, click 'Send Message'.

Opening a Message

1. Click 'View' next to the messsage to read the contents.

2. At the bottom of the of the message box you can click 'Reply' to reply or 'Delete' to
    remove the message.

3. If a message requires action use the 'Action Details' and tick the 'Actioned' option.

4. Then specify the date the message was actioned.

Filtering Messages


As your message box gets larger you can use the filter options to search for specific messages.




1. Click on the funnel icon to bring up the 'filter criteria' drop down menu and select the
    desired criteria.

2. Type your search term in the text field next to the filter icon on the corresponding
    column and the results will automatically be displayed.
