| Site Trained/Banned |
| To enable a personnel to be flagged as trained or
even banned from a site can be very useful. The 'Site trained / Banned' list can be accessed from the context menu used in the Live Schedule. In the 'Site Trained and Banned' window is a list of personnel who are either trained or have been banned from the site location. Against each personnel name they will either have a tick either on the Trained or Banned table columns. To add new personnel to the site trained banned list, simply click on the 'New' link next to an existing record or 'New' at the centre of the screen if there are no existing records. On the next screen select the personnel to flag as trained or banned with an effective from date and a comment. Once you have finished click the close button and the new record will be added to the list. The next time you edit a shift where you need to change the assigned employee, a list of trained personnel will be available for selection. |
