Exporting Reports To export a report, select the format you wish to export the report to from the drop down list and then presee either of the export buttons. Date Filter For date filters, when you click on the drop down box a calender opens up for you to select a date. The date filters are commonly used to show when or how many events occured at a specific date. To clear the date field click 'Clear'. ![]() Text Filtering With text based filters you can select specific items, all items or a selection of items from the drop-down menus. ![]() If you need to search for a specific filter criteria (e.g Schedules), simply navigate through the pages and select the required item(s). Click away from the filter box and then click 'Go'. You will notic that the chart, graph or data table will refresh with the new corresponding data. When the text filter box expands, sometimes there may be many pages and to find the required criteria could be time consuming. By using the blank filter boxes under each column header you can type in the criteria partially or in full and the possible results will display automatically. From the example as directly illustrated above, the letter 'a' has been entered into the filter box under the 'Ref' column header and those references beginning with 'a' will show. To select more than one filter item use one of the following methods: Hold down CTRL + Shift and use your mouse to select a block of items. Hold down CTRL only and with your mouse, select specific items. Repeat either process for each page within your current filter and click 'Go' to display the results. To select all the filter items, click the 'All' button and click 'Go' To clear text filter boxes use the 'Clr' button on the filter box. |
